The Wind Waker Boss Guide
This boss guide for the Wind Waker was made by Shrukan of Zelda Temple.(more info at bottom of page)

Dragon Roost Cavern - Gohma
First of all, use your Grappling Hook to grapple onto Valoo's tail which is hanging from the ceiling. Simply go over to the other side. The rock will land on Gohma. Wait until it's back in place and Valoo's tail is hanging down again. Repeat this process. After doing this three times the battle will change a bit. Without her protective shell Gohma's eye is vulnerable to your Grappling Hook when it's close. To get it in reach, dodge her pincers and when one or both of them are stuck in the ground use your Grappling Hook on her eye to bring it down to your level. Attack the eye with your sword. Repeat this to win. Avoid her attacks witch include slamming her pincers at you and breathing fire.
Forbidden Woods - Kalle Demos
Firstly, use your boomerang to cut down each of its vines. Avoid it's tentacles and keep going until all the vines are cut down. The flower will fall to the ground revealing its head. Run over to it and attack it with your sword. Repeat this process and before long you'll have beaten the second boss of the game.
Tower Of The Gods - Gohdan
As soon as the fight starts attack the eyes on the hands with your arrows. Two shots for each eye. The hands will try to attack you or hit you off the edge. When the head's eyes are open, shoot them with your arrows. It will attack you by shooting a bunch of energy balls. To avoid it, keep rolling away from them. When the head falls to the ground run over and throw a bomb inside it. It will get up and the hands will come back. Repeat this process.
Forsaken Fortress/Ganon's Tower - Phantom Ganon
Is he even a boss or just a mini boss? Well he's in this guide anyway. Fighting Phantom Ganon both times will be similar fights but different strategys. When he powers up his red energy ball L-Target him and jump out of the way when the smaller energy balls come at you. When four appear around you, get out of the way. The three fake ones will disappear and the real one will be vulnerable for a while. When he shoots the blue energy ball at you hit it back at him with your sword or an empty bottle. Keep doing this until he gets hit by it. Run over and attack with your sword. He may also try to do a sword attack but you can parry to stun him and attack him some more. Repeat this process and the Forsaken Fortress battle is over.
In Ganon's Tower, once you attack him he'll disappear but his sword shall stay. The hilt (bottom) will point to the right room to go to so the battle can continue. Repeat this process. Eventually you'll get Light Arrows. Back in the room you'll run into Phantom Ganon again but you have Light Arrows now. Shoot him once and he'll be no more.
Forsaken Fortress - Helmaroc King
In the first part of the battle just keep running up the tower. Avoid the Helmaroc King's pecks and Bokoblins. When you reach the top it will land in front of you. At the right time hit it with your Skull Hammer. Climb up and the real fight begins. Its attacks include flying at you and using gusts of wind to blow you into the spikes on the surrounding wall. Eventually it'll land and walk after you. It'll make a peck and its beak will get stuck. Attack it with your Skull Hammer. Eventually its mask will come off and it'll be vulnerable to your sword. Repeat this process.
Earth Temple - Jalhalla
He will try to attack you in different ways. He'll shoot flames at you from his lantern. Suck in and then blow out fire at you. He'll also try to reverse your controls like a normal Poe. Go to one of the beams of light and use your Mirror Sheild to shine light onto him. Eventually he'll fall down. Go over to him and pick him up. Throw him at the spiked pillars in the corners. He'll pop into a lot of small Poes. Try to defeat a lot of them quickly. It takes two hits for each one. Eventually they'll form back into Jalhalla. Repeat this process.
Wind Temple - Molgera
Go to where the sand gets deep. He'll come out of the ground and his blue tongue will be visible. Don;t get too close or he'll attack you. Use your Hookshot to bring it close and attack it with your sword. He'll spit out smaller things to annoy you as using your Hookshot will probably result in it latching onto one of them instead of Molgera. I'd recomend getting them out of the way before attacking Molgera again. When he bursts out of the sand watch out in case he lands on top of you. Repeat this process.
Ganon's Tower - Puppet Ganon
Aim your boomerang at the string that holds up the tail only. If all the strings are cut then they'll all just reappear. Once the tail is down you'll have a clear shot at the blue orb. Shoot a Light Arrow at it. Avoid his arms and repeat this process. After two more you seem to have won but there's three parts to this fight. Spider Ganon shouldn't pose any problems (not that the rest of the bosses do) so it'll be easy enough. Get your camera to look down below at you and the water so you'll know what way to go. When Spider Ganon stops spinning and starts falling go to where the orb will land. Shoot it with a Light Arrow. Repeat this process two more times to fight the final part. Insect Ganon will travel around the room madly. It can be tricky getting a good shot at the orb but you can stop him or a second or two by attacking his head with your sword. Do this three times and victory is yours.
Ganon's Tower - Ganondorf
This is it, the final battle. At the start get Ganondorf between you and Zelda so she can fire Light Arrows at him. When he is stunned attack him with your sword. Repeat this process until Ganondorf attacks Zelda and you have to change your way of attacking him. This way can be used for the previous part as well. L-Target him and get close enough so he attacks you. Usually he attacks twice with his sword then jumps into the air to attack you. When he is descending press A at the right time to parry and stun him. Attack him with your sword. Repeat this process. Eventually Zelda will awaken. You can't hurt him normally now. Talk to Zelda and she'll tell you that she'll aim for you so target Ganondorf and keep your sheild up. She'll shoot an arrow, it will reflect off your sheild and then hit Ganondorf. Now, get close and when it flashes press A the finish the Evil King off.
