Twilight Princess Bottles

Bottle #1
To get the first bottle in the game, go to Sera's shop in Ordon Village after you have caught a fish for her cat. She will give you a bottle half filled with milk.
Bottle #2
The second bottle is bought from Coro. He is located in Faron Woods. The price for the bottle is 100 Rupees, and it comes full with Lantern Oil.
Bottle #3
For this bottle, head over to Hena's Fishing Hole. Go to the west side and use the bobber reel in the pool. You'll eventually reel in a bottle.
Bottle #4
The last bottle is obtained from Jovani after you collect at least 20 Poe Souls.
