The Minish Cap Boss Guide
Below is a guide to all of the bosses in The Minish Cap. Images are coming soon. Big Green Chu Chu- This is accualy a normal Chu Chu, but since you are Minish sized, it's really big! Stand at a distance and use the Gust Jar to suck at it's "legs". Once it's small, the Chu Chu will start to wobble back and forth around the room, then it will try to topple over on you. Once it has toppled over, run at it and slash at it with your sword. Repeat this process over and over again until the Chu Chu is killed. Gleerok- When you enter the room, equip your sword and the cane of pacci. Gleerok will try to shoot fire/lava at you, so just run around the room dodging it, then when you have enough time hit one of his sides with the cane of pacci's magic beam. His back will "explode" and his head and neck will fall, creating a bridge. Run across it and slash at the yellow spike looking thing with your sword. Gleerok will then go down into the lava, so escape back to the land. Rocks will start to fall from the ceiling, so just dodge them. When Gleerok comes back up he will start to shoot fire balls at you only faster this time, so you will have to be quick with your shot with the cane of pacci. His head and neck will fall again, so run across it once again and slash at the yellow spike thing with your sword. Now escape back to the land when Gleerok goes back into the lava. The ceiling will start to crumble again, but this time the lava will go outwards and take up most of the space on the screen, leaving only a little section for you to run on. Then the lava will go back down to its regular place and Gleerok will come back out once again. Just keep repeating the previous strategies until he has been killed. Mazaal- This boss reminds me of the boss of the Tower of the Gods in the Wind Waker... But anyway, have your bow at the ready for this boss. The first thing that you have to do in this battle is shoot the eyes on his hands. One hand will show the eye, while the other hand tries to smash you. Once you have shot an eye, run up to it and slash it with your sword until it blows up. Repeat that process for the other hand. Once both hands have been defeated, Mazaal will drop to the floor and his mouth will open up. Run to one of the Minish portals and transform your self into Minish size, then enter Mazzal via the hole in his mouth. Now find the statue that has an eye on it and a weird symbol underneath it. Slash at it with your sword until it is destroyed. A flying thing will now take you out of Mazaal. Run as fast as you can to the Minish portal and turn back to your regular size. Now repeat the process of shooting the eyes on his hands, and enter Mazaal once again. Right once you enter press start and replace your bow with your Mole Mitts, because you have to dig your way to the correct statue. Once you have found it destroy it quick(if you dont find it fast enough the flying dude will take you out) and get out of there. Now return to normal size. Now Mazaal will shoot beams at you from his mouth that will electrocute you or turn you into Minish size. Dodge those and repeat the process of shooting the eyes. Once both hands are destroyed enter Mazaal again as a minish, and repeat the process of destroying the statue after finding it through a process of digging. The flying guy will take you out and you will get to wath Mazaal blow up! Big Octorok- This is really a regular Octorok, but you are a Minish once again! Anyway, replace your sword with your shield and your other item with the pegasus boots. When the fight starts, the Octorok will shoot rocks at you, so just deflet them back to him with your sheild. After three of them have been deflected, everything will freeze. If you get close to the Octorok it will suck you up and spit you out. Now when the Octorok is running around, you need to catch up with it using the pegasus boots and burn it's flower with your flame lantern. This will cause the Octorok to spazz out and it will ram into the walls and rocks will fall form the ceiling. When everything unfreezes, repeat the process of deflecting the rocks, but sometimes he will suck you up instead of shooting rocks;so watch out for that. Just keep repeating this basic process and the boss will be defeated. Gyorg Pair- You will start off on the blue gyorg after you have entered the tornado. The red gyrorg will try to push you off of the blue one, so just jump from the blue one to the red one. You must duplicate yourself in the same pattern that the red gyorgs three eyes open up in(you hit them all at the same time) and slash at the eyes. When the start to blow up, jump onto the blue gyorg. Now you must hit the correct eye when it opens, and after you hit it, the blue gyorgs tail will swoop around and try to hit you so just jump over it. Now jump onto the red gyorg. Just keep repeating that basic process and this boss will be defeated. Final Boss: Vaati- Sorcerer form- I'll have it up soon! |
